Getting Started

We make it as easy as possible to add an AI powered chatbot to your web based systems by following these basic steps:

1. Sign up for an account. You will fill out a simple form and we will prepare your account within one business day.
2. Load your knowledge base. Our management tools allow you to upload PDF & TXT files, or link web page URLs to content to teach the system how to answer questions for your business.
3. Customize your knowlege base settings. You can create introductory messages and prepare a message to display when a question is asked that an answer isn't available.
4. Paste the embed code on your site. We provide a few lines of code to paste onto your web pages. It is just as easy as embedding a YouTube video on your site.
